Cleaner for aluminium cookware
- Liquid dishwasher concentrate for commercial dishwashers
- Thorough removal of grease, starch and protein residues, as well as dried-on food residue

- Thanks to the special corrosion protection, especially suited for use in pot washers and for the cleaning of aluminium
For all types of alkali-resistant items made of aluminium, stainless steel, silver, porcelain and plastic. Anodised aluminium should be tested for suitability in advance. Do not use to clean items made of copper, brass or rubber components.

The dosage values lie between 2‒6 g/L of water.
Dosage takes place using the machine’s integrated dosage mechanism or with the programmable KIEHL dosage devices. In order to achieve the best possible cleaning result, the dosage is set by a KIEHL service technician based on specific conditions (water hardness, level of soiling, type of machine).
Consumption depends on the specific conditions and specifications.
Ensure an optimum cleaning result by combining with the rinse aids ARCANDIS-Shine or ARCANDIS-Splend.
Ingredients (according to 648/2004/EC)
Phosphonates < 5%, phosphates 5–15%, alkalis, dispersing agents, solubilizers, corrosion protection.
pH value (concentrate): approx. 13.5
