To avoid blockages, fill the container with the amount required for the washing volume and do not overfill.
Add to the water container via a powder dosing device.
Pre- and intensive cleaner:
In self-service jet washes as high-pressure application (8‒16 g/min; 0.08‒0.32 %; 1:300‒1200).
The amount of product required depends on the amount of water used. Adjust the dosage to suit the desired amount of foam and cleaning requirements.
Ingredients (according to 648/2004/EC)
Nonionic surfactants 5–15%, anionic surfactants < 5%, phosphates > 30%, alkalis, additives, fragrances.
pH (1:100): 10.5
Store the product in a dry place and ensure it is properly sealed. Uneven distribution of coloured components possible without a loss of quality. In case of high water temperatures (> 40 °C) and/or water hardness (> 4.5 mmol/L ≈ 25 °dH), adding “316 Calciel” may be sensible to avoid the formation of limescale. Apply extensively to saturate the surface. Do not allow the cleaning solution to dry. The plant manufacturer’s instructions must be adhered to.
