Only use on alkali-resistant surfaces (e.g. undamaged, coated aluminium rims). Prior to use, see instructions provided by the material and surface manufacturer and check for material compatibility where required. Do not applicate on hot surfaces.
Product is suitable for pre-dilution
Apply either undiluted or prediluted to the application with a suitable dosing device. The shelf life of diluted solutions is reduced by the storage conditions and water quality. Also suitable for the use by end consumers if they have been given sufficient instructions.
Pre- and intensive cleaner:
In self-service jet washes as spray and foam application (10‒20 ml/min; car ≥ 1:120; rim ≥ 1:60).
Adjust the dosage to suit the desired amount of foam and cleaning requirements.
In low-pressure systems as spray and foam application (car ≥ 1:60; truck ≥ 1:20; bus ≥ 1:20; rim ≥ 1:10).
The dosage should be set so that a slight foaming is visible during application.
In high-pressure systems as a spray application (10‒20 ml/min; 1:250-1:500).
In low- or high-pressure systems as a foam application (1:60-1:200).
Shampoo:
as brush shampoo (2‒4 ml/m vehicle length).
In self-service jet washes as brush foam (10‒20 ml/min).
The dosage should be set so that a slight foaming is visible during application.
Ingredients (according to 648/2004/EC)
Anionic surfactants 5–15%, EDTA < 5%, alkalis, water-soluble solvents, corrosion protection, dyes, fragrances.
pH value (concentrate): > 13.5
