High foaming power cleaner for commercial vehicles

Only designed for use on commercial vehicle washing facilities (HGV, bus, train etc.). Consult the manufacturer’s instructions for the devices and materials in question and test for compatibility where required. Only use on alkali-resistant surfaces (e.g. undamaged, coated aluminium rims). Apply extensively to saturate the surface.
Product is suitable for pre-dilution
Apply either undiluted or prediluted to the application with a suitable dosing device. The shelf life of diluted solutions is reduced by the storage conditions and water quality.
Pre- and intensive cleaning:
In low-pressure systems as spray and foam application (truck ≥ 1:20; bus ≥ 1:20; rim ≥ 1:10).
In high-pressure systems as a spray application (10‒20 ml/min; 1:250-1:500).
In low- or high-pressure systems as a foam application (1:60-1:200).
Shampoo:
as brush shampoo (2‒4 ml/m vehicle length).
Intensive cleaning:
as copolymer wax remover (1:10-1:15).
Apply to the entire surface of the new vehicle from bottom to top. Then rinse off the dissolved wax thoroughly with high pressure, preferably with warm water.
Ingredients (according to 648/2004/EC)
Nonionic surfactants < 5%, anionic surfactants 5–15%, phosphonates < 5%, alkalis, complexing agents, solubilizers, corrosion protection.
pH value (concentrate): > 13.5
